I am contacting you on behalf of Town Council. A decision has been made about your request to have your tracker removed. Your request has been denied with a codicil that it can be revisited, upon your request, after the next town election.

To be sure the vote was fair, Councilpersons Wheeler and Feynman abstained from being involved in the decision, instead, the alternate councilors replaced them for this vote.
