Nica, due to the issues at the Hopper, Harry's been put in quarantine for 48 hours. Something in there made him be ill, so we just want to keep him, and everyone, safe.

Until the Hopper room is cleared out of whatever’s infected it, no one can fix the Hopper. We’re working on that too.

It may take us a few days to fix things up, but when we do, we can work out when she arrived in her own time, letting us bring her back having spent as little time as possible in Hawkins.
