Something's terribly wrong with Nica Feynman and Joe. It would be best for public safety if they were locked up until this is sorted. Both of them have threatened to kill people.

It seems to be some sort of possession, but we're not sure how yet. Harry Feynman's with me right now, but too shaken up to make the report, so I'm doing it for him.

Apparently, the one possessing Nica knows voodoo, so be sure they don't have anything on them to use.
