[There are three packages on the farm doorstep. In the one addressed to Katherine there is a beautifully worked necklace The chain is silver and on the end is the matching butterfly smooth and gleaming. There is also a friendship bracelet made in multicolored yarn. The note reads]

I started working on this when I was here before and I was thinking Meg would want you to have it....since you've blossomed so much. Feel it when you are missing anyone who isn't here anymore. The bracelet is from Morgan...thanks from both of us for the veggies.
