I don't know all of it, I wasn't there for all of it and there's only so much I can get from other people. But I gather it was because of you. The other you. And the other me. Something they did caused what happened to the other New Dodge, and they made the other people into...creatures so they'd survive.

As for when, I gather that's hard to say.
