I'll send you the financial data and costs from when I purchased it for the town. We can work out a payment plan from there. It's not inexpensive, and I promise, nothing over 2% interest per annum, and a split in the profits until it's all paid off.

The paperwork comes through pretty quickly, thanks to Daisy organizing her computer files. It will be the only nice thought Jemma has about her ex all day.
