[ Savitar is starting to wonder if they should build something for power containment during these sorts of events on their property. He's kind of lost track of how many times today alone his speed has just started phasing something or bursting him across the room.
[Yeah he's going to have to hit up the labs for dampening cuffs. Someone has to watch over the babies and he can't risk his powers going all weird right now. Right now he's staring at the ghostly image and hopes that his TC can capture it, the image of Henry Allen simply standing between the two cribs, looking down with absolute fondness at his grandchildren.]
[When Savitar does make it home he'll find Barry in the nursery, tears in his eyes as he watches the ghost. Henry is quiet and still, simply watching the babies as they stir in their sleep. This is no poltergeist.
[ Well. So it is. And doesn't that get a wide-eyed gaze from Savitar. It's not that he's unhappy about it, but...well. It's their dad. And he's a ghost. And sorry, but he's not had any experience with this ghost moon phenomenon. ]
Hey boys. [He knows enough, he knows his sons even if one of them has scars that he doesn't recall from his life. Barry is pressed against the wall, arm around his waist and the other trying to contain a sob because he knows that this is their father. So Henry looks down at the infants, expression warm and fond.] So these are the grandkids, huh?
[ Without even really thinking about it, Savitar's hand goes to squeeze Barry's shoulder. Trying to offer some measure of 'it's okay' and comfort? Perhaps. Haven't they come a long way. ]
Y...[ clearing his throat before his voice breaks. ] Barry's. They're Barry's twins.
[Such a long way. But it doesn't even surprise Henry to see such compassion shared between the boys, even if he doesn't really know one of them, they're still his sons.
He doesn't touch. As much as he might want to, Henry knows that he probably shouldn't.] They're beautiful. They're absolutely perfect.
C'mere Slugger. [And Henry draws a crying Barry into his arms while his son's hands fist in his shirt and he sobs out broken apologies into his shoulder. He soothes him quietly, until Barry is composed enough to pull away.
[ How is it even possible for him to be this skittish? He felt the same around Nora when she first arrived, only somehow it's worse because at least with Nora he didn't have to worry about letting down 20+ years of memories of Barry Allen with who even kept count of how long as 'the god of speed'.
So. Yeah. All of that. But, after a long moment, he does draw closer to Henry. Somewhat skittishly but. It happens. ]
[ He doesn't know about all of THAT. ] We've missed you. I've missed you. [ Man, how different would everything have gone had Henry still been around? ]
3/5
Oh, but wait. ]
...dad. Are you sure?

Positive.

okay, I'm on my way.
[ In a panic, no doubt. Because what the hell. ]
no subject
It's their Dad.]

And yet here he is.
A fond smile for them both.] Hey Slugger.
.. Sluggers, I guess.

Dad... [ Oh, have a helpless glance, Barry. He is super at a loss. ]

God help him if Joe West ever shows up in New Dodge. He might actually go hide in the meta lab forever.
He wants to ask how Henry is here, but he's not sure that Henry would even know. ]
They are. They're...they are.

Your turn Savitar.]
C'mere son. You too.

So. Yeah. All of that. But, after a long moment, he does draw closer to Henry. Somewhat skittishly but. It happens. ]

It's all right son. [Soothing. Quiet and calm. These are his boys and he's going to take what time he's given with them.]
Twins always did run on my side of the family. [Is he talking about the babies? Or the adults? Both?]
no subject
Well, that's good to know.

You look good, Slugger. Both of you do.
