We need a group of people to watch the town. Cisco's acting strangely, so is Steve and Allison and god knows who else.

[And he can't run, not with his back still broken. But he can do other things.] I can try and track movements from the labs. Cisco's breaches use pretty unique energy.

I wonder if there's any way to figure out exactly who was affected by that...alignment dome. I can't imagine anyone's going to be forthcoming about it.
