Text. Definitely text. Especially since I think I'm going to have to go over this with Simmons too.

So...I was in a lot of pain after...what happened to me, a lot. It wouldn't stop, and painkillers don't exactly work on me. At all. I can't get drunk, it's a whole thing. But it occurred to me that Gods don't feel pain. So I decided that I'd make myself a god. All you really need to be one is for people to think you are one. And I had that. I have that, just because I'm here doesn't mean I don't have followers.

S...ort of.

I renamed myself for Savitr, the god of motion. Became "God of Speed" to my followers, and used my powers to travel back and forth through time to collect them. Using the stone I used to turn you and Mike into metas, I'm also able to...create a sort of medium for myself called Alchemy.

After...oh, I don't know. A few years, I went back to 2021, and fought Flash. And the time remnants he created, including my younger self. Not realizing that was also the point that Flash trapped me inside the Speed Force. Which is an entirely different topic.

But, despite...the things that occur inside the Speed Force that are another topic, I still had a telepathic link to the philosopher's stone, which gives me a link to anyone who picks it up and becomes Alchemy. Which allowed me, eventually, to create a new 'cult' in Central City.

And...that's part of what he's talking about. Most of it.
