A strange message arrives including the following:
A transfer of a deed of 1 acre to Elle Byers-Feynman. 3 sets of plans for the building of a pool and pool house, with a select one message attached. A rainbow of paint colours with a request to select her favourites.
It ends with:
All my other godchildren have rooms in my house. You're a little old for a nursery, so I hoped a pool to go along with your new house would be a better idea.
It’s about seven hours before Elle answers. Yes. Hours. She’s not feeling too social at the moment, but she’s trying. It’s been a few weird weeks and with Nancy arriving, it’s just gotten weirder. She’ll be fine. She loves Nancy to the moon and back.
She sends back the second pool house and pool combo, the pool circled and sent back with a note that says “maybe no pool?” She has issues with deep bodies of water. But the house is a single floor with a large bedroom, small bathroom and living/dining/kitchen area.
I would like the lavender and the sunflower yellow.
[Jemma's not one to demand thanks for presents as soon as possible, or at all, in most cases. A gift, once given, is the receiver's to do with as they please.

What about a splash pad, something Hobbit-themed? The pool house could have an area of old video games too?
