[Okay so he's only a couple of minutes late, but that's almost on time for him! His grin is bright as he kisses her cheek.] Hi.

[She literally is looking at her TC to make sure she got the right time when he shows up. She leans up to kiss his cheek back]

How's the clinic today?

It's good. It's quiet today so I might go over to the meta labs later this afternoon and see what's going on. You? How's the bookstore?

Pretty quiet too. Different than interacting with people and trying to get their forever homes.

[She's dying to ask but will wait]

Quiet is good though. [A grin as he fiddles with the menu.] Is that all? I haven't really heard from you since Allison's wedding.

We haven't had a chance to talk since that very public kiss, Barry.

[She is trying to not grin too much]

Didn't I tell you that you'd be surprised if you were honest with your feelings?

[He blushes furiously, but there's no hiding that sunny smile.] Yeah. Yeah I guess while he was away I had time to think about what I wanted and I.. I wanted him. I do.

But yeah. Yeah we're good. Great. Awesome.

[She is beaming because he's so happy]

I'm so happy for you, Barry.

Thanks. He's.. we're good. We're so good.

[A playful grin at her as he pokes her hand.] And you never told me what happened after I dropped you off at the casino.

Leonard and I...talked about it. About everything.

Oh come on, you have to give me a little more than that. [Even if her smile is pretty telling..]

[She knows her smile is very telling but her son comes first]

You and Leonard have a complicated relationship. Are you sure you would be okay with he and I seeing each other?

He's not the same man he was the first time our paths crossed. These days I'd trust Snart to guard my back rather than shoot me in it. [A grin as he fiddles with his drink] He'll probably still try and pick my pocket just because he can, but I trust him Mom.

[Even more profound, he trusts Snart not to hurt her.]

Not yet? I mean we still hang out and watch movies together but it's.. different now. It's nice.

If we went back together, maybe? But I'm so much happier here Mom. I have you, I have Cisco and I have Savitar.

[She knows he doesn't have her back home. But she's glad that he has all of that here. She reaches out and squeezes his hand gently]
