I don't know. Supposedly, there's a wave of dizziness when people flux out, but with this gas leak and people still not feeling 100%, how would we know?

Do people remember, when they flux out, what happened here? [Could Nora's plan have worked? Would she have been able to keep her promise to find Lisa and Mick?]
