Cisco and Allison were also changed which means sooner or later they were all going to come back to their senses and Leonard.. isn't sure how to feel about that.

[He doesn't think so, but Leonard has never been able to dissuade his baby sister when she has faith in something. Mention of Mick draws a soft snort because he could really use his partner right about now.]

He needs to be with the others right now. [There's only so much he can cope with right now and while Leonard would give just about anything for his partner to be that silent wall of solid reassurance at his back, he isn't sure he has it in him to protect him when he's young and vulnerable.

He couldn't even protect himself from Steve.
He doesn't want to risk Mick.]
