I punch things. Sandbags in the gym, mostly. Or I draw. Since being here, I've taken up some painting. There are ways, creative outlets. A person just has to find theirs.

Unlikely, considering the dome.
Firearms may be. You do have a shooting range. Maybe knife throwing. I can do that as well.
