Hey so I've got personal issues with Quentin Beck now because he's been messing with Riley Matthews. Is it alright if I torture him by doing what is casually referred to as 'going fully Maya'? I promise he won't be physically hurt but I will be a complete and total dick to him by using means that I personally have.

Usually it includes being a public nuisance but since it’s only one person being a jerk, I’d be putting all my focus on him to make him think of ghosts as white noise. I was thinking making a bunch of noise he really can’t escape from very easily. Summoning a couple yokai to mess with him or something.

I don't see that the town laws interfere with pranks, however this man strikes me as the sort to take things quite personally right down to potentially exacting revenge. This sort of thing can not escalate.
