Are any of the saloon party rooms booked for the 21st? Mine and Katharine's holiday dinner party grew in terms of the guest list so we need more space. Its a potluck so I think I'll only need to book the room and everything with it.

Its also a surprise birthday party for her so keep it under wraps?
