Hello.

My name is Oswald Cobblepot and I am writing to you in regards Lady Kathra Parker. She has approached those on New Dodge with a renewed interest in seeking a father for her heir and I have put forth an offer of candidacy.

She has, of course, sought out references for my character and I felt it would be suitable for me to do the same of her. I do not doubt that the Head of Haus Mercury is an honest woman in regards to her business deals, of course. But if I am to submit myself for her scrutiny for the purposes of merging bloodlines, I believe it only right that I do the same to ensure I'm as knowledgeable of the potential mother of my children as possible.

I apologize for not giving a proper introduction of myself, it's all based on a very long series of unfortunate events. I will be reaching out to the other haus members in attendance here today with a very similar offer, but I wanted to address you first. You can call me Matt.
