Hello.
My name is Oswald Cobblepot and I am writing to you in regards Lady Kathra Parker. She has approached those on New Dodge with a renewed interest in seeking a father for her heir and I have put forth an offer of candidacy.
She has, of course, sought out references for my character and I felt it would be suitable for me to do the same of her. I do not doubt that the Head of Haus Mercury is an honest woman in regards to her business deals, of course. But if I am to submit myself for her scrutiny for the purposes of merging bloodlines, I believe it only right that I do the same to ensure I'm as knowledgeable of the potential mother of my children as possible.
If you would be so kind as to give me a few moments of your time and consideration in providing an assessment of her character, values, and needs as you perceive them to be, I would be greatly appreciative.

That’s wise of her, trying at New Dodge before they are officially associated with any Haus.
The first thing is I expect Lady Kathra to be informed I was contacted. I would not want it to appear the Haus of Gaga had was showing favouritism towards a candidate. The official position of the Haus of Gaga is that we want her to have an heir to avoid the power vacuum that would occur if Haus of Mercury becomes extinct.
In regards to her character, she is unfailingly honest. A business deal with her is always honoured to both the letter and the spirit of the agreement. That is not to say she is naive. She alone is responsible for the Haus of Mercury becoming the third richest in the galaxy, from the tenth. I presume she is still offering the tidy little moon as incentive? That should tell you how much she values this deal.
Be in any way dishonest or equivocate and you will be dropped from consideration. Too many candidates thought themselves able to outsmart her by leaving out information. If it is out there to find, she already has it. She is nothing if not thorough.
Any child of Kathra’s will be raised in the lap of luxury and with the consultation of the best child development specialists money can buy. Expect the child to be amongst the best educated in the galaxy. In short, they would be raised to rule over a large swath of the galaxy.
Her need is simple, an heir: a healthy, intelligent heir. Expect to have your intelligence tested. There is literally nothing else in the universe she wants.

The Lotus is the former brothel house of New Dodge, refurbished and rebranded. While it still serves its function as a place to enjoy the pleasures of a talented companion in the privacy of a bedroom, it is also to be a place to gather socially within the first floor Lounge, the Ballroom, and the Egypt Room. Whether that be mingling with the public, a private party, or a social affair with the talent the Lotus can provide for companionship of all kind.
During the Assembly and our Grand Opening festivities, we will be showcasing both local and galactic talent on stage at the Lounge for the viewing and listening pleasure of all who seek a place to relax and while away a few hours. We also boast a full service spa on the second floor. Not all pleasures of the flesh need be sexual, after all.
