I honestly don't know why you would think I'd have anything for your meta-humans or your mutants, you should really be checking with someone like Barry Allen about that, but I don't currently have anything but some enchanted rope. However I could make a trip to the Enchanted Forest, see about finding a few more magical cuffs, some squid ink, maybe some ribbons.
