How would you feel about astro/terraforming in order to get rid of the dome completely. I've already made weather machines and figured out where the drains would need to be in order to keep the dome from flooding.

Oh, hello, intresting, what've you got in mind, exactly? You're talking about getting rid of the dome, well, you lot can't breathe out there, so, you're either thinking about sequestering your atmosphere without a dome, or, rebuilding an atmosphere you like better across the planet, yeah? Big project, can't say I haven't seen it done.

Might be a big project, but I love those. I don't plan on isolating us from anyone. I say we rebuild the atmosphere to our liking. I know it can be done. It's just a matter of working towards it. And there's land outside this dome too. So, that will help in some ways.

And you've checked already with the local life that changing up the atmosphere won't be a problem?

You might want to be a bit clearer on local life. Could mean the people of New Dodge or anything outside this dome.

...fair enough, though, I meant the ones outside. Last I checked, they're pretty comfortable with the atmosphere they've already got.

Well, it's their planet, for one, and you lot haven't had much chance to do anything terrible to it, yet. There a reason you think they're not adapted to their own atmosphere?

I never said they weren't adapted to it. Though do you honestly know what has and hasn't been done to this planet, Doctor?

Humans are all inside a dome, far as I've seen you haven't had the opportunity to do much of anything to the whole planet.

My point is, changes to an atmosphere can do a lot of things, and it depends on what you're changing. I'd guess the high carbon dioxide's top of your list, well, it does a bit more than just inconveniencing humans, doesn't it?
