[ That white noise just keeps growing louder and louder, making her feel like her skull is shaking and trying to split. It's painful. So painful that Elle can't retain her footing in the In Between anymore. For her, it shifts sideways and she finds herself falling through a black Nothing, screaming as she goes landing back in her own body with a hard enough psychic thump that her body sinks underwater for a brief moment. When she surfaces, it's with a bloody nose and a brief but very loud scream of agony. And then she's scrambling out of the tub and down the hall to her room, slipping and falling and getting back up until she can get to paper.
She writes down everything she can remember, shoves it at her dad and sits on the floor with a suddenness that knocks the breath out of her. She's pale, shaky, tired and very concerned for her uncle.

[ She sniffles, not aware that her nose is bleeding and when she goes to wipe what she thinks is salt water off her face, she looks at her hand and frowns. ]
Uh...kinda sure that's not supposed to happen.
[ Which means it's probably safe to assume whatever's going on is very, very bad. ]

But...later. I'm tired. You can call him now, but I need to sleep.
