The only time they get aggressive is when they’re eating and then it’s food aggressive behavior. But for the most part, they’re pretty calm.

It’s a girl. Thinking about calling her Clever Girl. You know, like from that really old movie?

...beach trip? I mean I’d been planning one as like...a surprise. I’m still trying to figure out if we should bring Evie an the new guy, but Evie always looks at me like she’ll step on me if I upset Mal even a little bit and I believe her.

There's a chapter on them being pack animals, but it also says that sometimes you have to introduce them to other animals carefully. Kinda like you're getting them used to being part of a pack, you know? The book says to start them off feeding animals in separate rooms for a while, like a week or two. And then in the same room, but separate sides of the room. SO they get used to that, and then just slowly move bowls closer together. Sounds like a plan, right?

That just makes me want to introduce the two of them sooner rather than later.

Anne is amazing.

I have the copy from the library for a few days. I’m gonna be returning it then so others can borrow it. But I’ve bookmarked a lot in here that should help us out.
