You have not been entirely removed from consideration. I will be arriving next week for the CIA, and during that time I would require we have a formal meeting. This gives me time to review your medical records.

Please being with you your partner, Edward Nygma, a formal business plan in regards to the brothel, and anything else you feel relevant to your candidacy. I must be assured all workers there are paid well, there of their own volition, and well cared for.

We're opening the day before the CIA begins, just in time for the Assembly and all those attending or coming to watch to partake in the full hospitality we can provide.
