I'm not sure which of them would be open to bribery, but the people who work for customs and processing are: Natasha Romanoff, Jack Harkness, Noah Bennett and Miss Kringle. I believe that you've actually spoken with Mister Harkness, when he arrived.
I was thinking more the people who deal directly with the docking procedures and might have access to the same documentation. But of those... Well, I haven't spoken with Ms Romanoff, I don't believe. Or if I did it was in passing and I cannot recall an impression.
I'll see about finding someone at the docks, just in case none of the people who work at C&P are bribe-able. Extortable? Amenable.
Ms Romanoff? She...did not really make much of a first impression on me, but from speaking with others I've come to the conclusion that she was some sort of vigilante back in her homeworld. The same world that little tree child is from.
Then if we present it properly she may indeed be amenable. For this incident at least, if not in the long term. Something I would like to have in place eventually. I'll see about contacting her while you look into the dock workers.
Have you spoken to Violet recently? She's been coming and going as she pleases, of course, but do you know if she's... happy?
Yes, I've been learning to cook things for her rather...specific diet. It's been interesting, to say the least. I think she's happy...ish. As happy as a teenage girl can be. I don't think she quite thought her choice of 'monster' through, though.

I think it would be a good idea, yes.

What do you know of her?

All right. I'll get right on that.
