Madam Mayor....I have evidence about what happened yesterday that you will be very interested in.

I tried to give Quentin Beck the benefit of the doubt, to give him a second chance, but he chose to use his tech to attack me during the event. It could have seriously damaged my mind if I wasn't ready for it.

He intentionally increased the sensations I was feeling in an effort to hurt me.

Yes.....I watched him do it right in front of me....he and I have history and he used the situation to deal with that...in a not healthy way.

Mentally I'm pissed....people could have gotten hurt...physically not sure yet...given I'm not really sure how long I was under.

Honesty before this I would have said no.....but now I think he used the situation set up or not to his advantage.

He's an egoist...all he cares about is what he can get out of a certain situation...I had hoped maybe he could change.
