I've spoken with Billy and I've spoken with Elle Feynman as well. It appears it can be mind controlled into not requiring to feed on anything living, so I've asked Elle to do this. Assuming she ever loses control over it, she's agreed to send it back to where it came from in that case. And if she's ever incapacitated, Eve should be able to destroy it. And if she's unwilling or unable, you have my permission to kill it should it become necessary.
