And Pan always did shit like that....he just never got in trouble because he was a 'good guy'

Probably that pesky 'alternate universe' thing. In my world Pan is a hero and my dad is the villain. My father is Captain James Hook. In case you forgot. [He's all smiles and laughter though, so he's not angry or upset at the mention of pan.]
