Yes to the first Sort of to the second. It's in the planning stages. I already have it designed. Maya just has a lot going on with being the only person working there, so that's why I got the apprenticeship.

Also, You'll be the first person I tell but the mayor and the council approved me buying a houseboat and mooring it in the rec dome by the docks.
