The clinic would be a better choice. If all else fails we can keep them sedated. In Savitar’s case, he’ll be on a strict diet. He can’t use his abilities without the calories to sustain them.

I'd prefer not to put more than one meta in a cell, in case they can combine abilities. Sedation might be a good idea on most, but Wells says it doesn't work that great on speedsters. Unless we have some freaking hefty elephant tranqs I don't know about. He suggested cold, said he can't access his speed when subjected to cold.

...is there a way to sedate someone with cold? I know you can do heated saline IVs.

We don’t have that many speedsters and it does work on other people with abilities. Since the people whose bodies have been stolen are still asleep within them, it’s better to put the possessor to sleep as well.

And I need to get you an ICER. That sedates almost anyone.
