We may have a secondary medical issue with the solar flares. We have at current count four incidents of unexplained pregnancies. On Helion Uslov, they have three, at current count. Obviously, it could be coincidental, but...a few of the pregnancies are....not very explainable. And potentially improbable.

I looked into things, and found there are two ways. One would required patience and a year's worth of time, and the other would require a business partner. It would be a partner in name only, if you decided to go this route, but it means your purchase could go through before the end of the month.

[ There's a Wendy on screen, standing at the coffee table in Charlie's living room and staring intently at a photograph. Occasionally, it gets kissed and babbled at and Charlie records this for a moment, just enjoying her daughter being precious.

And then, she speaks, moving towards her daughter to get a better view of the photograph. It's of Jemma and Charlie, a selfie from a while ago. There's evidence of brownie jenga and both women are grinning. ]

Whatcha got there, princess? Who are you looking at?

[ Wendy babbles and holds the picture up for her momma and Charlie's hand eases into view, tapping where she is in the photo. ]

Who is that, baby?

Mama!

[ This is an enthusiastic answer, complete with a huge grin and mama in the photo gets kissed. Charlie reaches over and taps Jemma, asking the same question. Wendy pauses, looking at where her mother pointed out. ]

Sweetheart, who is that? Is that Jemma?

Jemmama! [ Also said with enthusiasm and a grin. ] Jemmama! Hi, Jemmama! Hi, Geene Bunby! Hi!

[ And Charlie chuckles as she turns the video off. ]

[Such a video has Jemma literally tearing up, but it obviously needs a response.

Wendy is sent a video that starts with a nose: Greene's nose. He backs up a bit from the camera, and then headbutts it. He does it a second time, before he's picked up.
There's an edit and now he's settled in Jemma's lap. She's sitting on the floor in the room that she'd had earmarked for Wendy, if she needed to stay. This is a conversation Jemma had with Wendy on the fifth night she was at the SHIELD House. When they both couldn't sleep, they had a long discussion about room choice and decorating.
Likely, this is the room Wendy liked best because it was the one right above where the Basan had settled itself. She would always be able to see it from the window.]

Hi Precious Girl! Greene wanted to say hello!

[There's a wave, first Jemma, and then she waves Greene's paw.]

We miss you, but we're so happy you've got your mama! No one loves you like your mama, but we both try really hard to get as close as we can!

I had a long talk with Greene [Jemma holds Greene up, so they're nose to nose. Obviously, this is what the long conversation looked like] and we decided this still needs to be your room. We both want you to have a place that's yours, so you can visit us all the time.

[She's careful how she says it. This will be a fun place to visit, and never a because your mama's gone again. Nope. Only happy thoughts in this video!]

We miss you so much, Wendybird, and I'm going to come over and give you hugs all the time! I promise! You give the best hugs!

[She blows a kiss at the camera, and makes Greene do it as well.]

We love you!

[The video ends. Jemma is a frequent visitor for hugs -- sometimes a walk-in, hug, walk-out when she's busy but she's not going to break a promise to Wendy.

This is why it's so odd when she doesn't show.]

[ Emily Kaldwin wasted no time in getting several things situated upon arrival. Housing, clothes and a shower. It's some time after her shower that she's on her TC, contacting one Jemma Simmons upon request of the mayor. With her dark hair hanging in wet waves somewhat past her shoulders, Emily contacts Jemma and there's a dignified air about her as she speaks. This is someone used to Getting Shit Done. ]

Miss Simmons, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Empress Emily Kaldwin and I was informed of a parasite situation, both my unfortunate introduction to one of the infected [ there was a fight and she got into it ] and by your mayor. I offered the assistance of my royal physicians back home. They helped cure a terrible plague affecting my kingdom when I was ten years old and I believe they can help New Dodge now.

Also, if you don't mind, I'd like to keep it between you and I how I introduced myself. I'm not here to flaunt authority I don't have. This isn't my Dunwall. It just helps to explain having royal physicians if I tell right off who I am.

Of course, it could be something or someone else, but Jemma's hoping. She responds to the noise, keeping the response private. As she can't stop the noise, she can only hope she's heard.

THEORY RE: WHY SOME PARASITES DIE WHEN THEIR HOSTS DO AND WHY OTHERS STAY KNOCKED OUT.

And I really do mean stay knocked out. The one guy that the new girl, Emily, went after? He's still out and George can't wake him at all. His parasites are also reading as unconscious.

So. The parasites that are going nuts and killing off their hosts are doing it on purpose.

Why? Scare tactic is one possible answer. I'm sure there are others, but this is the best one I have so far.

The hosts that are staying knocked out? They're so integrated with their parasites that anything that happens to A happens to B and anything that happens to B happens to A. I'm sure you're following.
