So what would I have to do in order to go about buying the charging station where I work?

I looked into things, and found there are two ways. One would required patience and a year's worth of time, and the other would require a business partner. It would be a partner in name only, if you decided to go this route, but it means your purchase could go through before the end of the month.

Do you want a partner?

Don't really feel like waiting a year.

[Especially when he doesn't see himself as just some teenage kid. He was NOT a kid of any sort. His life as a kid stopped when he was four years old.]

Unfortunately, there's not a possibility of the town permitting both emancipation with custody of Sam, and independently owning a business. Also, at 50 gold, it would not be possible for you to buy the place outright.

And I don't want you and Sam to be house poor, or business poor.

[Jemma gets being a teenager and wanting to do all the things. She had 2 PhDs by the time she was 17, and started the SHIELD Academy, but even SHIELD wouldn't let her out in field for years after her graduation.

On the other hand, Jemma's responsible for Dean's future success, and she takes her role very seriously. She knows little of their background, but there is no legal way Dean could have the money. She's trying to protect the pair, without implying so to Dean. She may not know their background, but she knows Dean's pride is important.]

Because I have no interest in cars. I haven't bought any of the other available businesses either. I've no need for them with the facilities of the SHIELD House and the labs.
