Jemma, I don't suppose Seth could stay with you for a few hours while I take care of some business?

I really have neglected Sawdust and I need to see whats salvageable and what I could do with the building. I don't want Seth in there and I'm still not sure of the lab.

I'd love to! I'll bring Greene with me. He thinks Seth is as awesome as I do.

Thanks. And yeah, I need to find a use for the building. I'm thinking of removing 'Sawdust' and putting in something useful.

Do you have any ideas? New Dodge is getting large enough to handle some more niche shops.

I was thinking something along the lines of handicapped aids. When I got here I had to special order a few of my things.

I could even train dogs on a needed basis. Atlas has been a huge help, I could train dogs for any sort of aid.

Or you could start training them in preparation. Like guide dog programs where they raise and screen the pets from the assistance dogs? So when someone arrives, there's only the specific training for individuals' needs?
