How improbable is improbable?

And we need to provide options to everyone involved.

Two pregnancies with with people who haven't had sex, one pregnancy where both parties are male and I honestly can't explain the last one.

No one seems that displeased by it. Though I can't say that's not because we have already met the children. And no, I don't mean that.

Honestly, based on the scans, it reads like a fairly, standard healthy pregnancy. I'm tempted to assign it to Chuck, though, as I'm very much not versed in magic.
