I mean medically. I'm concerned medically. Metas are altered that their bodies can handle extreme cold, if they're cryokinetic or whatever. He is absolutely not built for that.

He's still out of it from all the tranqs, but scans are promising. You should probably talk to Barry about it more, though. I had him do the actual procedure.
