That would be best. Then he can assign people or seek volunteers. It also makes it official, and would show you're being proactive about putting the town's considerations first.

That would be best, and incorporating some sort of modern performance venue might not be a bad idea either.

A place for concerts, not huge ones like the concert last year.

It gives you a place to rent to others, or the town, or put on your own shows, if you want.

I doubt that. It could be a small venue. It might open up New Dodge to smaller acts.

It's only a suggestion, but a small performance venue is something we don't have. It could bring you in more revenue.
