Miss Simmons, it's Evie Queen. I'm sorry to bother you, but I have a friend with a problem he wants to rid himself of. The guy that came in. Sam. His injuries are from a werewolf from his world and he says he's going to turn into one. He doesn't want to because from what he says, the werewolves of his world are very violent and dangerous.

I'm great at chemistry and mixing potions, but I'll admit it. This problem is out of my range. I'd love it if you could help us.

If I can help, I will. I've had some experience with the stranger areas of virology. I'll need to talk to Sam and his doctor, isolate the lycanthropy virus in his blood, and develop an anti-serum. It sounds simple, but it can take quite a while to develop. I wouldn't want your friend to receive something harmful, or something that wouldn't work.

Has he tried talking to any members of the pack here. While he doesn't want to be one permanently, perhaps they can help while a cure is being developed?

If we can, we should also get samples from some of the other werewolves for comparison. He seems to think his kind of lycanthrope is different, which given the whole many and varied universes situation we all come from, is an understandable concern.

I can still run that idea past Sam and see what he thinks. He said at present he's injecting monkshood, but my worry there is building up a tolerance or an accidental overdose.

I expect variations with the universes, but the similarities may give us useful information.

The pack would be useful. With their experience, they may be the biggest help if the monkshood fails.
