I'm serious. I've been working with her for months, and she's been nothing but reliable.

Are you sure there wasn't a confusion between the TCs: that she mistook the public ones being turned off meaning all of them being turned off?

Harry, you know I love you, but it sounds like the pair of you were competing to see who could sound more condescending. If people are going to assume lack of care, plenty will just let them keep on thinking that way. She knows full well Captain Rogers isn't here anymore, so I wouldn't be surprised if there was a bit of winding you up there.

I will give her a friendly reminder to keep her TC on at all times in the future. I understand why you think it's serious, but I'm not so sure she's taking it as lightly as you think she is.

A tree fell on my daughter, Jemma. I think I'm allowed to be a little aggravated one of the town's emergency personnel wasn't paying attention.

And you were hurt too! I'm relieved you'll both recover, and this has only confirmed the need for me to build her a summer house of her own on the ground. So don't get annoyed at me.

[Jemma doesn't take that lightly at all.]

But we do need to coordinate our emergency services better, if this proves anything. Clearly define the rescue responsibility so nothing like this will happen again. Up until now, the Sheriff's Department and medics were handling it, but more clarity is needed.

And don't tell Ellie about the summer house. It's a surprise.
