Wonderful, I'll set something up for you.

Not already built, but if you've got land or you're buying land, you can absolutely feel free to build a houseboat. And a water-feature to put it in.

And Pan always did shit like that....he just never got in trouble because he was a 'good guy'

Probably that pesky 'alternate universe' thing. In my world Pan is a hero and my dad is the villain. My father is Captain James Hook. In case you forgot. [He's all smiles and laughter though, so he's not angry or upset at the mention of pan.]

I've actually met a version of Captain Hook here. Not your father, I'm assuming, as he went by the name Killian Jones. Though, I suppose that could've been an alias.
