Brenner tortured and drove her birth mother into a catatonic state using high doses of ECT when her mother tried to rescue her from the place she was being experimented on.

The plan is to use the ECT to disrupt the patient’s brainwaves. The disruption is intended to separate Brenner’s dominance personality from Mike’s. We’re not talking multiple treatments here, just one at a mas voltage of 240 volts.

Obviously, she can be there for it. It’s the difference between using a scalpel for serious harm, or for delicate surgery.

Discussions with George. He needed a way to disrupt brainwaves. ECT is the simplest way.

If you can't catch someone to hold them down for that, use the lightning gun. Or just shoot the lightning cannon into the dome with a 4.4 variance. We'll all get hit, but that should take care of it.
